During last night's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Diva's Champion Beth Phoenix was inexplicably booked in a non-title squash match against Alicia Fox.
Apparently, the only way to get a new Diva over is to have her squash the division champion.
To make matters worse, Fox botched her leg drop finish and legitimately hurt Phoenix, as you can in the above picture, which she tweeted with the following message:
"(Alicia Fox) tried her hardest to destroy my face. There will be hell to pay for trying to tarnish my beauty. ... After hours in the trainers room, I broke a lot of mirrors with my fists."
At least they now have an angle to work for Raw next Monday night. If, you know, they're actually given the time of day. Then again, Fox got zero response for winning and even less for her weird post-match one-liner.
Sergio, by the way, loved her "promo" and called her "our generation's Dusty Rhodes."
Video of the entire match, which isn't long and includes the botch, after the jump.
