Video: WWE Superstars from Thurs., Nov. 10, 2011

You're really going to sit there and tell me you're NOT going to watch a match between Daniel Bryan and William Regal? That gem is the main event of this week's episode of WWE Superstars.

Former Nexus former Justin Gabriel also sees action when he steps inside the ring with Curt Hawkins while Alex Riley takes on Michael McGillicutty.

The Regal-Bryan match was probably better than any match on the last four Raws.

Maybe I'm Alone On This...

…but I think it’d be interesting if they made more of the Regal/HBK/Bryan relationship. If they want to build Bryan up between now and WrestleMania it seems like a good time to have him interact with established stars like HBK and—sadly, to a lesser extent—Regal and have them more or less give the nod and let him know that it’s “his time” and “he’s ready for the next step” or whatever.

I think Regal could work great as a part-time manager/mouthpiece of sorts for him in the build-up. If they wanted, they could even have Regal turn on him near WM and do HBK in Bryan’s corner and Regal in Henry/Sheamus/Whomever’s corner at WM to add a level of intrigue.

I think there is a lot there with Bryan if they just pick the right way to go about it and missing out on the opportunity to make the most of his relationships with Regal and HBK seems like a big mistake in pushing his legitimacy as a potential World Champion.

Real Man's Man

That was the best thing to happen on WWE “television” since Punk’s “shoot” months ago.
