On this date in WWF history: Chyna takes a coffee break in the middle of Monday Night RAW
Coffee Kingston?
I know in retrospect, Jeff Jarrett clowning Chyna with a coffee urn on the October 4, 1999 edition of WWF's Monday Night Raw seems a little silly from a historical perspective, but there's more at work here.
Aside from watching the late, great British Bulldog sell for "The Ninth Wonder of the World," it was less than two weeks before "Double-J's" contract would expire, leaving him with the Intercontinental strap and a red carpet from Vince Russo, who defected to WCW.
Just one day from the No Mercy pay-per-view...
But that, my fellow history marks, is a TDIH for another day.

" and you can smell that coffee throughout the arena"
WHAT?!?
Clearly not one of the best color commentary talents in wrestling history.
Clearly not.

Mean Gene would tell you to call the WCW Hotline for such vivid details.
