Video: Brooke Hogan movie 'Sand Sharks' preview
This can't be any worse than Mr. Nanny, right?
Hulk Hogan's daughter, Brooke, is starring in her first movie, a thriller entitled "Sand Sharks." Here's the plot synopsis (via WorstPreviews), since I couldn't do it justice:
Spring breakers have gathered for the annual Sandman Festival. Organizer Jimmy Green (played by Corin Nemec) smells money. Unfortunately, a species of prehistoric sand tiger shark smells blood. Deputy Sheriff Sandy Powers (played by Hogan) wants to close the beach when revelers fall victim to a shark that can swim through sand like water.
Dun dun dun!
The movie will premiere on the SyFy channel sometime next year and it will surely garner rave reviews from critics everywhere. If this trailer is any indication, Brooke definitely knows best, right?
Right?

Sandy Powers? That’s totally a realistic name.
Why is Sandman not in this? I would watch a drunk beating sharks with kendo sticks.

The movie will premiere on the SyFy channel
All I needed to see. No thank you.
Release...the KITTIES!
I love Syfy movies. Hopefully we get a little bit of sex appeal from Brooke.

And prolly Creature as well.
I bought up Piranha on account of the Sand Shark plot being similar

Tremors
Was the first one I thought of. However, that one’s actually good, so probably wasn’t much of an inspiration.

I know Hogan holds a grudge against Jesse Ventura because Ventura got elected govenor
I wonder if he holds a grudge against Roddy Piper because Piper stared in a movie people actually consider good

...as well as an awful lot of very, very bad ones
Trust me, They Live gets Piper a lot of pass points from us, but they pretty much get used up on a movie like The Mystical Adventures of Billy Owens.
And Ventura also starred in a movie people actually consider good too, of course…

That was pretty cool.
The Daffy Duck commercial, I mean. The movie? Nah, I’ll pass. I get enough of one Hogan who can’t act for shit, watching Impact each week.
If Brooke wants to be a film star, there’s always porn. No acting skills required. Perfect for her.
Oh. My. God.
I'll do it tomorrow, that seems like a pretty good idea to me
What's wrong with tomorrow, I'm watching him but who's watching me?
I hate to go on about someone's appearance but......
Brooke is an odd looking woman. Not ugly really, but just odd.
