WWE is now advertising that The Rock will "make his decision" next Monday night (Oct. 31) on Raw as to whether or not he's going to tag with John Cena at Survivor Series. The tease at tonight's Smackdown tapings was that Rock would appear, most likely in a prerecorded video package.
