Randy Couture vs Stone Cold Steve Austin Fight Scene
From The Expendables. What do you think, would old Stone Cold have ever made for a decent mixed martial artist? Yeah, probably not.

That was a really good "bad" movie
This fight scene was interesting to me because it was more about throws and shoulder tackles than actual punches thrown. Personally, I think it’s a bit of a spoiler but oh well. But if you’re on the internetz – everything’s game.
I feel this made up for the Stallone vs Stone Cold fight scene ten minutes prior.
I kinda liked the 'storyline' of the fight progression.
There were some underlying things there which I thought were fun and, while obvious, they lent to the moment.
Pro Wrestler Austin > Actor Stallone
MMA Fighter Couture > Austin
Also there was
Big, middle-aged thug tough guy Austin > Medium/big, oldish tough guy Stallone
Medium/big, oldish ex-college wrester tough guy > Big, middle-aged thug tough guy Austin
It was kind of classic DragonballZ competition progression to me, and I loved it. There was a real moment of tension/drama/whatever at the beginning of the Couture/Austin fight that was pretty much perfect.
If I was a hungry man with a gun in my hand and some promises to keep...
Word.
I’m just glad Austin went over Stallone and Stallone admitting it with his “I just got my assed kicked” line. I thought that was a cool moment that put Austin’s character over to set up the Couture confrontation.

Fun game to play with "The Expendables"
Spot the Nogueira! Look in the background characters. For advanced players: big or little?

Really short cameo appearances from those two.
Forget it Donny, you're out of your element.

There were a few scenes where you could see one or both in the background. They played Garza’s main bodyguards, so a lot of the early scenes with him feature the Nogueiras in non-speaking background roles. You can also see one or the other roughing up civilians while they’re trying to round up Garza’s daughter.
I was with a group so I couldn't freeze-frame it
(yes, we get “DVD’s” in this country the week a movie hits the theaters), but yeah I saw him in the red beret. Looked like the little one that I noticed.

!["It's an interesting match-up. Both guys have great wrestling backgrounds, and I know from my own experience that my toughest fights were against guys with good wrestling backgrounds. If [Velasquez] can stay away and not end up underneath Brock early, not take any serious damage there, the longer it goes the better it is for Cain. He's one of those guys at that weight class who has an unlimited gas tank. He's not going to get tired. Brock is a huge athlete. Every time he's out there we see something else. In the [Shane] Carwin fight he took a beating and still came back and found a way to win. I think that was important for him. Hopefully he got a bunch of big guys to come in so he could practice being in that worst-case scenario, which is having a guy like Brock sitting on you and hitting you in the head and ramming you into the fence," Couture said. "Those are the things that a guy that size can really do to you. I think if [Velasquez has] prepared himself for that worst-case scenario, and has prepared himself to survive there, he'll be able to do that in the fight."
