I love the way he's responding to the excuses Cro Cop started making as soon as he accepted the fight. Also be sure to listen for his opinion on the Lesnar-Carwin fight at UFC 116.

Frank is a great Jiu Jitsu fighter but his standup is not at par against Crocop. I think he’s ego got bloated when he knock out Minotauro. Crocop will put him in his place. I guess we just have to watch the Frank Mir Crocop Fight Video to know who will win.
