Various sites have picked up that Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Dirk Hayhurst tweeted about meeting a fresh out of surgery Triple H while undergoing physical therapy.  Hayhurt deleted the post after wrestling sites picked it up.  As pointed out at F4WOnline.com, Triple H had been resting nagging neck and leg injuries while filming two movies.  In the past, he has torn both of his quadriceps and had them repaired surgically.

Dave Meltzer's latest update - unsurprisingly he's torn another muscle tendon!

“The surgery performed this week on HHH was to repair a torn muscle tendon in the arm. It is a new injury that must have been suffered while he was out of action. He’s expected out of action for several months, so his planned SummerSlam return against Sheamus based on current information is out.”
