Bubba The Love Sponge loses mind, ambushes Awesome Kong on a friend's radio show, gets fired by TNA, makes an ass of himself on Twitter again
Remember how Awesome Kong (Kia Stevens) attacked Bubba The Love Sponge (Todd Clem) when he tweeted "Fuck Haiti" right after the earthquake and got suspended over it? And then how she sued him, claiming that he made abusive phone calls that he claimed were being broadcast on his radio show (they weren't)? And then it got to the point where she and TNA came to terms on a release from her contract? You probably figured that the drama was over aside from the court case, right? Well, it's not.
On Thursday, Kong was a phone guest on something called the Cowhead Show, and Bubba materialized to verbally attack her (the audio is not necessarily safe for work):
For those who'd rather not listen to Bubba The Love Sponge berate someone for several minutes, he calls her a bitch several times, calls her a "big fake black bitch" at one point, claims to have seen Kong at an airport accosting a statue of Abraham Lincoln, and challenges her to a shoot fight, y'know, the usual stuff from the man who once thought that slaughtering a boar on the air was high comedy. For this stunt, TNA finally fired him.
Unsurprisingly, Bubba has lashed out against his critics on Twitter. Some "highlights" include:
i was going to take the high road but looks like tna has fired the first shot.
Bubba army.let ur feelings known now!! @TNADixie She based my firing on anti bubba tweets.
Bubba Army, you guys are simply the best. Nobody could ask for better fans. TNA fans are nothing but a bunch of little cowardly [The plural form of the feminine C-word]

How'd I know the first to comments would be from Sports Entertainment fans.
Right or wrong, what Clemm did and is doing is unprofessional and very immature.

Probably the best move TNA has done all year
But hiring him in the first place cancels that out

“Moronical”?
Also:
“You love oiled up men in tights. You are a douche nozzle that thinks wrestling is real. Get a fucking life. Go away”
Putting aside the whole “willingly worked for a wrestling promotion” thing, isn’t this a guy who’s openly talked about him and Hogan shaving their junk together?
Moron
That was his producer tweeting that about the oiled up men in tights. The person who posted those tweets left his name off at the end that says who from the show is posting that tweet.
Smarten up.

So his producer was effectively throwing him under the bus? OK….

No dick
They all use the same twitter account and sign their names to their tweets. Who ever copied and pasted the tweets on to here or whatever onto the article they got it from, omitted who tweeted it.
Get it genius?

You’re missing the point. Bubba willingly worked for a wrestling promotion. His best bud is a wrestler. He is, as best as we can tell, a wrestling fan. So why would he or his staffers, even with the bitterness over the firing, go with the whole “LOL TIGHTS OILED ROLLING AROUND TEH GAY” thing? It makes him “LOL TIGHTS OILED ROLLING AROUND TEH GAY” as well.

Yeah, that’s some seriously moronical behavior. Right up there with having sympathy for those suffering in the wake of a natural disaster, or being black.

Keep playing
the race card Kia. Like it wasnt racist of TNA to refer to a black person as “Kong”? Stop while still have some dignity, SLL you roundmouth.

Oh man,
Using a gay slur against me in defense of a guy who – in the words of his own staffers – loves oiled up men in tights, who has worked with an entire organization of oiled up men in tights, is best buds with an oiled up man in tights, and has openly discussed shaving his pubes with that oiled up man, presumably after he removed his tights.
I brought up the black thing because I wanted to tie this back to your original point about how Bubba “pretty much put her on the spot for her moronical behavior”. What moronical behavior did he put her on the spot about? He didn’t really talk about Haiti. He didn’t really talk about her roughing him up. And to be fair he didn’t talk much about her being black, so I’ll take back the race card. He mostly just called her a bitch a lot. So being black wasn’t moronical. Being a woman was moronical, and that was the point he put her on the spot for.
So, just to recap, Bubba the Love Sponge – a man identified by his own staffers as loving oiled up men in tights, and who hangs with one whom he occasionally shaves his pubes with – thinks Awesome Kong is a moron because she’s a woman, you agree with his stance…and somehow, I’m the roundmouth?
You sir, are exactly the kind of person who makes Internet flame wars so rewarding for me. Now get back to listening to Bubba while you watch oiled-up men in tights, and keep yourself nice and safe from icky girls. And if anyone thinks there’s something amiss with that, they’re the ones who are gay! Just keep projecting those dark, sensuous, pube-shaving desires that you have onto those around you, and you’ll be just fine!

Yeah, if a poster is going to call any Cageside Seats columnist a roundmouth, then it might as well be me, at least they’d be correct in the usage of that slur. :-)

Insufficient data
I’m trying to interpret what you and Bubba are saying based on the information available. Here’s the information we have so far:
1. You feel Bubba was right in putting Kong on the spot for her “moronical” behavior.
2. Bubba put her on the spot basically by calling her a bitch a whole lot. That by itself doesn’t mean much, but if you feel he put her on the spot for her moronical behavior, than you must have found some actual meaning there that you agree with.
3. Bubba’s staffers seem to think that wrestling fans are a bit fruity.
4. Bubba himself is a wrestling fan, to the point that a wrestler is one of his best friends, and they’re close enough to shave pubes together.
5. By 3 and 4, we can logically conclude that Bubba’s staffers probably have some serious questions about his sexuality. Bubba doesn’t seem to be going out of his way to refute this.
6. You’re using gay slurs against me (I agree with you about kjh…not practicing safe sex is moronical behavior) while defending a guy who seems a little round in the mouth himself.
From this, I have inferred the following:
1. The moronical behavior that Bubba put Kong on the spot for was being a “bitch”. “Bitch” refers to mean women, but that’s kinda vague by itself. Without providing the context for what makes her a bitch, all I can really conclude is that Kong’s moronical behavior was having a vagina. I mean, he could have just been ranting at her without any specific complaint in mind. I’d accept that as a real possibility. But in your mind, and in your own words, “Bubba pretty much put her on the spot for her moronical behavior”. You felt that there was a specific complaint, specific moronical behavior, that Bubba was going after her for, and that he was right to do so. Based on the available evidence, that moronical behavior was being a woman.
2. Bubba, who’s sexuality is openly (albeit indirectly) being questioned by his own staffers (and who is not refuting said questions) is saying he doesn’t like girls. The math is pretty easy to do on that one.
3. Since you agree with Bubba…well, the math is pretty easy to do there, too. Yet, you haven’t outright said what specifically it is you agree with Bubba about, and you’re lashing out at others with gay slurs. I don’t usually buy into the line that being a homophobe means you’re gay yourself, but that doesn’t mean it never happens.
From all this, I can’t really make too many solid conclusions. Bubba probably was just ranting like an idiot, and him calling Kong a bitch several million times probably didn’t mean anything other than that he thinks she’s a bitch. Bubba himself may or may not swing the other way. I can’t say for sure. The only thing I know for sure is that you read something into his rant, you agreed with it, and you’re defending it with out of left field gay slurs. The little available evidence suggests what you read into it is that girls are icky, and when the implications of that were pointed out, you called me a roundmouth. And “roundmouth” is a really specific term, too. It’s not like “gay” or “fag” where you can just toss it out as a generalized insult. You don’t really call someone a roundmouth unless you’re specifically accusing them of being gay. And well, nothing I wrote really suggests I was gay, but I did suggest that what what Bubba was saying – and what you so strongly agree with – was gay, and it seems that hit a little close to home with you. I expand on it further and you say I’m “twisting things around and making no sense”. Yes, it makes no sense. You and Bubba are guys. Guys are supposed to like girls. Why can’t you like girls, too? Why do girls seem so moronical to you? Why can’t they be more like Bubba or the Hulkster? Why do you need them to be like Bubba and the Hulkster when all the other boys want them like Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox? Why must you have these feelings? It makes no sense!
But maybe I’m just missing a piece of the puzzle. Please, enlighten me as to where I went wrong, clarify your position, or just man up like kjh and come out of the closet already. I’m a pretty tolerant dude. I won’t judge you.

*slow clap*
Right on, SLL. Your argument is too keen for this guy though. I fully anticipate a jarbled, unintelligent response consisting of 2 or more gay slurs.
If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in being a dick to people, at least be clever and witty about it. These Felix posts are some of the lamest things I have seen on SBN.
If you can't laugh at yourself... Who can you laugh at?
The Packers, that’s who.

I guess his staffers
arent allowed to have their own opinions? If you listened to the show, you would know that they are.
And wrestling is fake. They dont fight. It’s ENTERTAINMENT. Who cares. Bubba did no worse to TNA than they did to theirselves by having a show on Monday nights. Laughable.
