TNA Impact absolutely officially finally really for sure moving to Mondays against Raw starting on March 8th

So yes, it's a week later than had originally been speculated.

Variety has the big mainstream coverage.  Of note:

- They're going directly against Raw from 9 to 11.  I dunno if this is the best move.  They might be better off from 8 to 10 so they can try to hook the audience unopposed.

- WWE spokesman Robert Zimmerman said "We're not too concerned.  We're in good shape." and pimped up the Raw ratings.

Not only don't they learn from their failures, they forget the lessons of their success!

Dave Meltzer makes a good point in today’s update that when Nitro started beating Raw on a regular basis it was partially because they moved to two hours and had the lead in to hook viewers in the unopposed hour. And that’s also what led to TNA’s show on January 4th getting a record rating. TNA are thinking with their balls instead of their brains here, which is OK when you’ve got the firepower to back up your bravado, but I think they may have fired all their bullets six weeks ago.
