According to the site that shall not be named because it disseminates spyware, adware, and other assorted malware, Jeff Hardy was indicted on drug charges yesterday by a grand jury in Moore County, North Carolina.  These charges stem from his arrest on September 11, 2009 for felony possession of cocaine, felony drug trafficking of opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug, Maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution, and possession of drug paraphernalia, which is a misdemeanor.  The case is expected to be set on the court docket within the next week.

It's worth noting that WWE amended its wellness policy several weeks ago to officially declare that talent who leaves the company and comes back keeps their strikes from the previous stint.
