If you're an MMA fan and have never watched MMA Live on ESPN.com, you really owe it to yourself to do so.  The panel regularly includes MMA fighters (Kenny Florian being on nearly every episode, and Miguel Torres, Stephan Bonnar, and others also being on on a semi-regular basis) and covers all of the big news that happens every week.  It is by far my favorite weekly MMA show (I have two to choose from, and I don't have access to HDNet anymore).
