Jerry Lawler seeks injunction to stop tomorrow night's Memphis mayoral debate if he's not a part of it

According to the Memphis Commercial Appeal, Jerry Lawler's lawyer is trying to stop tomorrow night's Memphis mayoral debate on WREG TV if he's not included. Since there are 25 candidates on the ballot, WREG polled prospective voters to come up with the top four candidates, who then would take part in the debate. They're asserting practicality in response to Lawler's complaint.
