Police on Jeff Hardy: "His brother" bailed him out

A certain spyware-disseminating wrestling website is reporting that a Moore County Sheriff's Department deputy told them on the record that Jeff Hardy was bailed out of jail by "his brother."  Given that, as far as we know, Jeffrey Nero Hardy has only one sibling, that would be Matthew Moore Hardy.  Jeff has been claiming that the media reports are full of inaccuracies (including a specific claim of "Matt didn't bail me out"), but so far everything has come from the police department.
