Ah, celebrities in 2009.  At approximately 4:59 PM EST, Jeff Hardy (pictured above in a police photo from earlier today) commented on his arrest via Twitter.

Alot of exaggerations are out there today, don't believe everything you read 4 it is not true, I am at home and fine-thanks for your concern

According to Bryan Alvarez of the F4W/WON site, the arrest report "and such" will not be released until Monday, so there will be no new official information until then.
