Maybe Dr. Frederick Wertham was right? Is it a coincidence that soon after talking comics with Marvel's Matt Fraction that Christopher Daniels is charged with a DUI?

Daniels works for TNA so he must be a functional alcoholic at the very least. Throw in the fact that he was surrounded by unwashed comic fans and this was the only logical conclusion. (Full disclosure: I’m an unwashed comic fan, so…)
