Guess who Bret Hart thinks is the best wrestler in the world (It's not at all who you'd expect)

So Bret Hart was on a podcast called Ministry of Slam. A certain comment he made has been getting some attention:

I think Melina is really creative and imaginative. She’s an innovator and she comes up with some great matches. I love watching her wrestle. In a lot of ways, I think she’s the best wrestler in the world right now.

Wut.

Melina's pretty good and one of the more talented women in WWE, but really? Kevin Eck of the Baltimore Sun theorized that Bret just likes her because he wants to have sex with her, but that's kind of a cheap shot. It's not like he's buying apartment wrestling videos from Highspots. At least as far as we know.

Melina is definitely top 2 in WWE. Gail Kim and her are neck and neck to me. And both these two ladies leave all the rest of the divas in the dust (wrastlin-wise).

TNA has some pretty good ladies in their pen also. Those knockouts are pretty tough.

I do agree with 49er in that it just sounds like Bret bein Bret. Although the sex thing could be a good answer too.
