Dana White has told TMZ that Brock Lesnar's previously reported mystery illness is intestinal problem of some sort that will require surgery.  Lesnar will be treated at the Mayo Clinic, as had previously been suggested.  White also added that "There's a possibility Lesnar will never fight again."

On the other hand, according to MMA Weekly, Lesnar's camp is downplaying how serious the illness is.
