Jason Powell at ProWrestling.net is reporting that the story going around the WWE locker room about Jeff Hardy, as told by Jeff himself, is as follows:
- A package of contraband is sent to Jeff Hardy by "someone from outside North Carolina who had expressed interest in doing business with him."
- The package is flagged by the police.
- Jeff takes the package (he says he doesn't know what was in it) inside his house and the police descend on him for a raid.
