Why in the hell was this match third from the top of the card?!?
If I'm not mistaken, this is the first match on this list to feature Vince McMahon prominently. The buildup to this match was Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle had been feuding over SMACKDOWN's WWE Championship for weeks. Angle had defeated Brock for the title, and Vince announced for Brock to get a rematch he had to defeat Angle in a steel cage match with Vince as special guest referee. The match was ruled no-contest after Vince turned against Angle, and he and Brock did a double team on Angle. Vince then booked this match, backing Brock to win the Championship. Enjoy this match, and watch out for Kurt breaking out an attempted guillotine submission.
