UFC Announces Full Card for Sept. 16th Fight Night

There are few things more satisfying than free, live MMA, and lately, the UFC Fight Night shows on Spike have been delivering top quality action, even over-shadowing many PPV cards. For those of you who don't spend your whole day refreshing the event pages at UFC.com, the full card is in for UFC Fight Night on September 16th and it looks like another solid set of matchmaking:

Star-divide

Nate Diaz Vs. Melvin Guillard

Gray Maynard Vs. Roger Huerta

Carlos Condit Vs. Chris Lytle

Nate Quarry Vs. Tim Credeur

Steve Cantwell Vs. Brian Stann

Chris Wilson Vs. Mike Pyle

Ed Herman Vs. Aaron Simpson

Sam Stout Vs. Kyle Bradley

Jeremy Stephens Vs. Justin Buchholz

Ryan Jensen Vs. Steve Steinbeiss

To my eyes, many of these fights would fit right in on any of the UFC PPVs, so it's nice to see them offered for free to all MMA fans state-side. Only the top four fights are guaranteed to be televised, but considering some of the fighters involved, they might end early enough to squeeze in some of the undercard bouts. Of extra interest on the undercard is the rubber match between former WEC light heavyweights Brian Stann and Steve Cantwell. Cantwell might be better known for gloating after breaking his opponent's (Razak Al-Hassan) arm on one of the most vicious and bloody UFC cards in recent memory.

Nate Diaz and Melvin Guillard has the potential for an epic explosion and is just one of the many reasons anyone with a lingering interest in MMA should not miss this night of fights on September 16th.

It will nice to see Lytle have to think after years of his lame toughman act.
