Wacky indy gimmick

Here we have a guy who seems to have a Three Stooges fetish gimmick. Unlike former indy wrestler Curly Moe who just acted like Curly from the 3 Stooges, this guy's gimmick seems to be "Hey I really really like the Three Stooges". So when do you think Vince will pick him up?
